Prices are fully inclusive of:

All electricity and heating costs. Bedlinen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths. Use of shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Cot and highchair if required (please book in advance)

Short Breaks:

Available at anytime off peak and at short notice in the summer. Prices: 2 nights - 50% weekly rate. 3 nights - 70% weekly rate. Each extra night - 15 % weekly rate
