Payment
Deposit - 25% with booking - please telephone or e-mail to check
availability.
Balance - 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.
Please make
cheques payable to RM & P Hall.
We now accept
major debit (Maestro) and credit cards. If you would like to pay this way
please call us and we can obtain all the relevant details. Please note there
will be no charge for debit cards but credit cards will incur an additional
2% charge.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation we will refund your money if we are able to
re-let the cottage. We strongly advise you to take cancellation insurance,
and will send details of a scheme recommended by the Cumbria Tourist Board
with confirmation of booking.
Occupancy
Your cottage will be ready at 4pm; please let us know if you expect to arrive
much later. We ask you to vacate your cottage by 10am on the day of
departure. The stated number of people for each cottage should not be
exceeded without prior agreement.
Breakages
If you damage or break anything provided in the cottage, please tell us and
we will try to put things right with the minimum inconvenience and cost to
you.
Smoking
PLEASE NOTE – We now have a no
smoking policy for all our cottages
Pets
Sorry, but we do not accept pets.
