The prices shown include the cost of cleaning although guests are expected to leave the Property in an acceptable condition. Linen and towels will be provided but please bring your own beach and swimming towels. There is a security charge of £150, refundable in full 14 days after vacating the apartment, subject to there being no damages or breakage. A booking is considered firm when we have received a (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the total rental agreed for the period booked. Final payment must be received eight weeks prior to the holiday. |
